Important Rules at a Glance

Booking

Reservation stays active only when payment requirements are met.

Hoshtel99 may ask for advance payment and may reject or modify a reservation if payment is not secured or details do not match.

Identification

Every guest must present valid government-issued ID at check-in.

Foreign nationals and NRIs must present passport and visa. PAN card is not accepted as valid proof.

Cancellation

Confirmed bookings and missed arrivals are not refundable.

Advance payment is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, and no-shows do not qualify for refunds.

Access

Visitors are limited and stay access is controlled.

Visitors are allowed only in common areas till 8:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability.

Conduct

Unsafe or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.

Alcohol, drugs, loud parties, and inappropriate conduct can result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.

Full Guest Policy

General Terms

Check-in time: 1:00 PM onwards.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
We reserve the right to make changes to your reservation if we are unable to process your payment.
We reserve the right to request an advance payment from your side in order to process your reservation.
The property has the right to reject your booking if your reservation is not secured with an advance payment.
The tariff does not include room service.
The tariff excludes all taxes.
We reserve the right to reject your booking if your check-in details do not match your original reservation details.
We reserve the right to reject any booking if there are suspicious activities.

Cancellation & Refund

Once a booking is confirmed, the advance payment is non-refundable.
There are no refunds in case of no-shows.
Violation of policy may result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.

Guest Identification & Access

Minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
It is mandatory for all guests to produce valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
Foreigners and NRIs are required to present their passport and visa.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Drugs and banned substances are strictly prohibited and not tolerated on the premises.

Conduct & Property Rules

Intoxicated persons are not allowed.
Guests carrying alcohol are not permitted.
Guests are responsible for any damage to hostel property.
Pets are not allowed.
Use of all facilities is at your own risk.
Outside food, alcohol, and illegal substances are not allowed.
The authorities and police may be informed in case of suspicious behavior or activities.
We are not responsible for any loss of luggage.
All common areas are under CCTV surveillance.
Any inappropriate behavior by guests is not tolerated.

Compliance & Final Terms

Smoking inside the hostel is not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
The property is not responsible for any theft of guest personal belongings.
In case of any dispute, the management's decision will be final and binding.
Unmarried couples are allowed.
Local IDs are accepted.
Triple occupancy in a private room can be made available.
We reserve the right of admission.
